• You are having constant mood swings and most of the day you are frustrated and upset.

• You cannot pay attention in the class and you are feeling as you have an empty head.
• Your friends are not even able to cheer you up and you have no motivation to meet them or hangout.
Consider The Warning Signs
You have to take the above-mentioned warning signs seriously and bring a paradigm change to your lifestyle. Having a picnic or just a spa day won’t work. As young lads, it is quite easy to take oneself very lightly and feel the constant pressure of considering things to be not a big deal. This attitude is not going to work here and you have to be serious about your health and studies.
Learn To Say No
Students always feel the pressure or urge to prove themselves tough or consider that they are able to face any challenge. It is hard for them to say no to any task for various reasons, either it can be a commitment to friendship, to be a star in the eyes of the teacher or to earn to extra money. Any reason can take you to be overburdened and on the verge of being burnout.
Don’t Follow The All-Nighter Trend
Sleep is extremely important and you cannot take it lightly at any age. You need to have 7-8 hours of sleep otherwise you will not only have puffy eyes but a rather fizzy head as well. The trend of staying up all night either for studying or any other activity is quite common in college life but you have to understand that it will do you no good.
Limit The Amount Of Work On A Daily Basis
No matter how much work you have got, you have to limit it according to your stamina. It is alright to go overboard once in a while but do not make it a habit. Determine your strength and work accordingly.
